I charge a 25% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to book your next appointment. This policy allows me to give you the full time and attention your service deserves while also respecting the appointment times of clients scheduled after you.
